Boundless VisionPositioning Exchange Proposal

Javier, this proposal covers what Boundless does, how we would describe the business, what we agree before starting, what we deliver in exchange, and what comes after.

PROPOSED WORK EXCHANGE · FOR DISCUSSION

Summary

You have offered us a two-week project, valued at $5,000, to reduce the friction between Tim and operations and/or the friction between winning a client and running the work. Instead of paying cash, we propose helping you position Boundless as clearly as it is in your head.

Boundless takes the decisions only a founder can make and builds a system the team can use to make them, showing what is fact, what is judgment, and who signs off.

We propose an exchange: Culture Pilot provides the first few steps of our method — Framing and Positioning — in return for your project to improve our operational workflows.

How we would position Boundless

Your work at HTX Labs, a Houston company that builds training for the Air Force and Space Force, is part of your track record. With Boundless Vision’s public presence still to be built, we can start from a blank page.

An example of how Boundless’s value could be expressed:

“Boundless Vision turns the calls only a founder can make into systems the team can run, with the evidence and the accountability in plain view.”

Illustrative example only—not proposed or final messaging. We would develop Boundless’s positioning and core message with you as part of this exchange.

  1. 01

    When to sell it

Moments when decisions pile up on the founder: before or after raising money, before a key hire, during fast growth.

  2. 02

    Proof

Your defense work, where AI systems had to be measured for accuracy before anyone relied on them.

  3. 03

    First market

Medical, where your work already is.

  4. 04

    Angles we set aside

“AI operating system for founders” (crowded, and the “OS” label is already familiar to founders through EOS), and leading with regulated industries (those sales take too long for a two-week offer).

What we deliver in exchange

Proposed Culture Pilot work value

≈$5,000

We propose covering the first two steps of our four-step method, Frame (where Boundless stands today) and Position (what Boundless should stand for): roughly $5,000 of work.

01Frame

Competitor page

How 8 to 10 Texas AI consultancies describe themselves, side by side on one page

Lead: Geoff

02Frame

Who Boundless is compared to

Who buyers lump Boundless in with today, and who we want them to compare Boundless with

Lead: Geoff

03Frame

Story session (90 min)

Three client stories in before-and-after form. Eg: Absolute Rest, your new medical client, and HTX as far as you can share, etc.

Lead: Geoff, Tim

04Position

Core message

A one-sentence position, a plain "what I do" paragraph, three proof points, and the accuracy point in buyer language

Lead: Geoff

05Position

Offer names

Clear names for Boundless’s three offers (two-week, three-month, enterprise), each with what the client walks away with

Lead: Geoff, Kara

06Position

Intro kit

A 30-second spoken version and a paragraph people can forward when introducing Boundless

Lead: Geoff

Not included in this exchange: logo, website, deck. These come later under a separate paid scope.

THE FOCUSED SEQUENCE

  1. 01

    Align

Confirm both scopes, the exchange, ownership and approvals. Gather the five-year client audit and story inputs.

  2. 02

    Frame

Review the competitive landscape and current comparison set. Hold the 90-minute client story session.

  3. 03

    Position

Shape the core message, three offer names and introduction kit. Review the creative direction with Kara.

  4. 04

    Confirm

Refine the messaging together and hand over the final materials. Agree separately on any paid next phase.

Your proposed delivery project runs for 10 business days. Culture Pilot’s dates and review checkpoints will be agreed together before kickoff; the sequence above is not a committed calendar.

What we agree before starting

Culture Pilot → Boundless Vision

≈$5,000

Frame and Position: competitive context, client stories, messaging, offer names and an introduction kit.

Boundless Vision → Culture Pilot

$5,000

A strategy, current handoff map, working browser-based prototype and 90-day plan, designed to reduce dependence on Tim between sale and delivery.

This replaces the proposed cash arrangement of $2,500 at start and $2,500 at delivery with precisely scoped services of equal value, subject to both parties’ agreement.

Starting material
We propose supplying our five-year client audit, so your system learns from the clients we want more of—not simply a sample of past projects.
Ownership
You own your final messaging; we keep our method. We own the final strategy, maps and plan from your two-week project; you retain your methods, templates and prompts, with no code handover in that scope. For a subsequent real build, we propose that we own the code and setup.
Public use
We propose allowing both parties to use the project as a case study, with each approving the other’s write-up. No public mention without written permission beforehand.
Before we start
Together, we will document both short scopes with equal precision and confirm timing, inputs, ownership and approval responsibilities. Nothing is signed yet.

Questions for you

Before the story session

Please share your answers on Slack before the story session. Your answers shape the core message.

  1. 1.Who are the last three clients who paid you, and what did each have before and after?
  2. 2.Which of the two-week projects you've already run can we mention?
  3. 3.Who usually signs the check: the founder, an operator, or an investor?
  4. 4.What work will you turn down?
  5. 5.After the two weeks, where does the prototype live, and who can run it?
  6. 6.How would the Absolute Rest CEO describe what you did, in one sentence?

What comes after (paid)

Once the message holds, the next work turns it into new business and proof.

Target list
Which companies to approach, and the moments to approach them. Geoff.
Live events
A regular session at ION, Greentown, TMC or Impact Hub, building on your strengths in a room. Tim and you.
Case studies
Before-and-after results with numbers. Geoff.
Demo
A short video of one of Boundless’s systems doing real work. Kara, Susan.
Look and feel
Logo treatment, website, deck, and a short descriptor under the name. Kara.
Joint offer
Culture Pilot shapes the message and Boundless builds the system behind it; together, we agree who owns the client first. Tim, Geoff.

The creative checkpoint

With you, Kara will explore whether Boundless needs a short descriptor, how your optimism can shape a calm, confident voice for the business without AI hype, what a three-minute demo must show, and which offer names work spoken and written. This proposed direction is for your feedback.

The sky's the limit. It's also just the beginning. All it takes is the desire to fly.
